First step
You do this much like the front feet. Start with pads and round the foot by using curved shears in the manner as the front foot.
Ok here we go with the back feet! They are NOT the same as front feet. There is a flat point on the back of the foot visible from the rear and they must flow into the "skirt" to create a proper underline. You should be able to see the difference in the photos below.
